Introducing Newlands - tasked with enhancing its extensive refurbishment and extension, we knew our bespoke W20 steel doors and windows would not only complement the property’s architectural grandeur but also provide unmatched security and energy efficiency. By integrating modern steel frames with traditional existing stone mullions.

Our involvement included the installation of three double doors, one single door and numerous windows plus the show stopping arched double door - each meticulously crafted to invite an abundance of natural light.  Every door assembly was fitted with 18mm thermally efficient double glazing, ensuring exceptional insulation while maintaining the slim, elegant profiles for which steel is renowned. To achieve a lasting, refined finish, we applied a black powder coating, selected for its understated elegance and enduring weather resistance.

We further enhanced the doors’ functionality with Parliament hinges featuring brass pins, allowing them to swing wide and promote seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A low threshold cill detail was incorporated for easy access, ensuring smooth transitions between the interior and exterior.
